Fawkes Supervisor of Elections Caroline.fawkes@vi.gov (o) 340-773-1021 (c) 340-227-8827 ***SPECIAL NOTICE*** TUTU PARK MALL VOTING CENTER TO REOPEN THURSDAY, JULY 28TH Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, is pleased to announce after a temporary closure of the Tutu Park Mall Voting Center due to COVID-19, the Voting Center will reopen on Thursday, July 28, 2022. The System was able to employ additional poll workers to support the reopening. Supervisor Fawkes stated the facility has been sanitized following the guidelines of the Department of Health and emphasized the priority of staff and poll workers. Early Voting for the 2022 Primary Election began on Monday, July 18, 2022, and concludes on Monday, August 1, 2022. Hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily on St. Thomas and St. Croix. On St. John, Early Voting hours are 9:00AM – 4:00PM. The Early Voting locations are as follows: • District of St. Croix – Elections Office-Sunny Isle Shopping Center Unit 26 • District of St Croix- St. Joseph Church Hospitality Lounge • District of St. Thomas-St. John- Charlotte Amalie High School Gymnasium • District of St. Thomas-St. John- Tutu Park Mall (former Scotia Bank location) • District of St. Thomas – St. John - Julius Sprauve Elementary School (St. John) NOTE: Voters must adhere to the COVID-19 protocols. A mask or face covering must be worn in the voting center, social distance, and hand sanitizing.
