ACT NO, 791¢ BILL NO. 31-0424 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating the sum of $15,800,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 wanQeae Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3003a, subsection (e), the sum of $15,800,000 is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 as a contribution to the General Fund.
