ACTNO. 8426 BILL NO. 33-0293 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 7 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, subchapter III, section 207 to add the Commissioners of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs and the Department of Health to the Virgin Islands Industrial Hemp Commission ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 7 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, subchapter III, section 207, subsection (a) is amended by striking “nine” and inserting “eleven”, by designating paragraph “(6)” as paragraph “(8)” and inserting new paragraphs (6) and (7) to read as follows: “(6) The Commissioner of the Department of Licensing and Consumers Affairs or the Commissioner’s designee; (7) The Commissioner of the Department of Health or the Commissioner’s designee;” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 30, 2020.
