ACT NO. 7600 BILL NO. 30-0353 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to rezone Plot Nos. 148 and 149-C Estate Carlton, St. Croix from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) —0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the Island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots Nos. 148 and 149-C Estate Carlton, West End Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.14 U.S. acres and .036 U.S. acres respectively; as more adequately described on OLG Map No. D9-6218-CO11 dated January 25, 2011, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
