Potter, by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 2 use variance from the P (Public) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 300-B Revised 3 Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 0.07 U.S. acres, as shown on 4 Drawing No. D9-9302-T018 to allow the construction and operation of a car wash. 5 BILL SUMMARY 6 This bill grants a zoning variance from the P (Public) zoning designation for Parcel No. 7 300-B Revised Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John to allow the construction and 8 operation of a car wash. 9 BR26-1027/March 10, 2026/PFA 10 G36-055 11
