Lawaetz Legislative Chamber on St. Croix. As outlined in the attached memorandum, your expertise is requested for both agenda blocks: Block I (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM): To provide testimony on the operational status and financial oversight of the Clinton E. Phipps Racetrack, including the Horse Racing Initiative Fund, with a focus on construction updates, regulatory needs, and funding distribution. Block II (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): To present on the Paul E. Joseph Stadium project, including the current state of operational readiness, outstanding items, and steps required to meet the projected December 2025 completion date. To assist the Committee in its preparation, we kindly ask that your written testimony be submitted in advance, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing. Early submission is encouraged and will allow members to review and formulate any questions ahead of your appearance.
