ACT NS.6566 BILL NO. 24-0301 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Plot No. 40MCA, Estate La Grange, West End Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10, for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 40MCA, Estate La Grange, West End Quarter, St. Croix consisting of 0.220 U.S. acres, more or Jess as described on PWD Drawing Map No. 778, dated April 25, 1959, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family ) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
