ACTNOI 8648 BILL NO. 34-0336 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, section 158 to increase the compensation of election officers and clerks ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, section 158 is amended as follows: (a) Subsection (a) is amended— (1) in paragraph 1, by striking “$150” and inserting “$250”; (2) in paragraph 2 by striking “$125” and inserting “$225”; (3) in paragraph 3 by striking “$100” and inserting “$200”; and (4) in paragraph 4 by striking “$100” and inserting “$200”. (b) Subsection (b) is amended by striking “$20” and inserting “$50”. (c) Subsection (c) is amended by striking “$10” and inserting “$30”.
