Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot No. 4 of 12 Estate Richmond, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor I Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the 3 Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 4 designation of Plot No.4 of 12 Estate Richmond, Company Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 5 approximately 0.11 U.S. acres, as more filly shown on OLO Drawing No. 1, dated September 6 15. 1932, revised September 30, 2021, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 7 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood). 8 BILL SUMMARY 9 This bill rezones Plot No. 4 of 12 Estate Richmond, Company Quarter, St. Croix from 10 R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to 8-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood). …
