ACTNO. 8663 BILL NO. 34-0360 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-11 for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Lease Area 47D-1 Kronprindsens Gade, Kronprindsens Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from P (Public) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) —0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-11 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Lease Area 47D-1 Kronprindsens Gade, Kronprindsens Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 11,095 square feet, as described on Drawing No. D9-7059-T002, dated March 15, 2002, from P (Public) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
