ACTNO.8 9 4 3 BILL NO. 35-0367 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act appropriating the sum of $1,500,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund and the sum of $2,000,000 to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund in fiscal year October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025 and the sum of $1,763,650.20 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works to repair the Airport road on St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, sections 3057a and 3087, the sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund and the sum of $2,000,00 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the St. …
