The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, to the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses. SECTION 2. (a) The sum of 34,325,357 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses. …
