NO. 35-0404 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZMIWO0001-23 issued to Coakley Plantation, LLLP for the installation and the submerged lands occupancy of two 224° long and 37 OD HDPE pipes in approximately 6-7" of water to be used as an intake and brine discharge for a reverse osmosis plant onthe WHEREAS, on February 2, 2024, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZMIWO001-23 to Coakley Plantation, LLLP for a term of 20 years: WHEREAS, Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZMIW0001-23 allows for the installation and the submerged lands occupancy of two 2247 long and 3” OD HDPE pipes in approximately 6-7" of water to be used as an intake and brine discharge for a reverse osmosis plant.
