ACT NO. 7576 BILL NO. 30-0285 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 17 Estate Smith Bay, East End Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1 Agricultural Zone to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) and Parcel No 17 Remainder Estate Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter from A-1 Agricultural Zone to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 17 Estate Smith Bay, East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 29.941 U.S. acres, as more fully described on OLG Map No. A9-720-T007, from A-1 Agricultural Zone to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood), and is further amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 17-Remainder Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 43 U.S. …
