ACT NO.655% BILL NO 24- 0289 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To appropriate monies from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Department of Public Works for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2003 and for other purposes ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33, section 3079, subsection (d) Virgin Islands Code, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, established by Act No. 5661, section 4 (Bill No. 18-0320) enacted December 28, 1990, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003, to the Department of Public Works and shall remain available until expended for the purposes expressly named in this section: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 468100 Anti Litter & Beauti. …
