HE following excarpt from paragraph 37, Police Regulations for St. 101X, is herehy brought to public notice tor the infurmation of all enncerned: “The police are entitled to take up dogs found without a dog and if no ope redeems them wituin three times 24 hours, the Police can m‘_der them to * be killed. The same applies to dogs roaming about the streets from 10.00 p. m. to 6.00 a. m., and also .0 hitches in rutting time.”’ Beginning Monday, November 7, 1921, the above regaiaiion in regards to dogs will be rigidly enforced and all .dogs found unlawfully on the streets will be taken over by the Police.
