ACT NO. 4710 BILL NO. 25-0236 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate funds to the Public Services Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2004, to September 30, 2005 for operating expenses —0— BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any available funds in the Public Services Commission Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005 to the Public Services Commission: FISCAL YR 2005 FUND 330000 PUBL SER COMM REV FUND ORG 2600 LICENSING & CONS. AFFAIRS C/CNTR E33003 PUB SER COMMISSION REV FD TOTAL C/CNTR E33003 869,079 TOTAL ORG 2600 869,079 TOTAL FUND 330000 869,079 SECTION 2. Any item of appropriation contained in this Act which was expended pursuant to section 9(e) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 1575(e) shall be reduced by the sum expended for the objects and purposes of the item between October 1, 2004, and the effective date of this Act. …
