ACT NO, 8145 BILL NO. 32-0324 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to amend Official Zoning District Map No. SJZ-7 to allow for the rezoning of Parcel Nos. 14C and 14D Estate Enighed, No. | Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 (Residential - Low Density- One and Two Family to R-3 (Residential - Medium Density) to allow for the development of six one-bedroom dwelling units for long-term affordable housing ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 14C and 14D Estate Enighed, No. | Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.46 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. B9-134-T66, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density - One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential - Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 12, 2018. …
