ACT NO. 6882 BILL NO. 26-0291 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2006. through September 30, 2007 ---0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority. The sum remains available until expended. …
