ACT NO, 7055 BILL NO. 27-0254 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act making supplemental appropriations to the Office of the Governor and to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor; amending Act No. 7020 to extend an appropriation and Act No. 6688 to extend the expiration date of the Fifth Constitutional Convention; and appointing Senator Patrick Simeon Sprauve to fill vacancies on certain standing committees of the Twenty-Seventh Legislature and officially terminating the committee memberships of former Senator Basil Ottley, Jr. on his resignation from office ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum of $1, 842,735 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, from the General Fund to the Office of the Governor for operating expenses. SECTION 2. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum of $1,977,811 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, from the General Fund to Office of the Lieutenant for operating expenses.
