'l‘he minututes of the last meeting were read and conirmed. The committee appointed to revise the Constitution repurted progress. e L Lawyer Stakemann referred to the death of Trustee R. Higgins and read communications from two other trustees, Messrs H. de Chabert and 1. Behagen, tendering their resignation. …

J. Alextnder, Lionel Lang, L. Hazlehurst and Raverend \sboe were elected new members. The followidg trustees were elected: Lawyer A. E. Stakemann, D. C. Canegata, Reverend P. Bartels, Reverend W. Allen, A. Teytaud, C. Espersen, D. S. /irmstrong, P. Laßega, G. L. Markoe, A. Bisserup and B. R. Larsen. The Office bearers are : President:—LAwYEß A. E. STAKEMANN. . Board of Investment:—MESSßS.
