ACT NO, 7822 BILL NO. 31-0296 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 3, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415 (b), (4) relating to the Board of Nurse Licensure providing for reduction in its membership ao-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), paragraph (4) is amended in the first sentence by striking “three” after “educator,” and inserting “two”, and by striking “three” after “specialization,” and inserting “two”.
