March 7 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — During a Tuesday afternoon ribbon-cutting ceremony, Governor Albert Bryan Jr. congratulated the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital’s leadership team on completing its state-of-the-art temporary facility called JFL North. “Today we cut the ribbon on a brand new frontier of health care providing in the Virgin Islands. JFL North is a $130 million facility with new equipment that will be in operation for the residents of St. Croix while the construction of a new permanent Juan F. Luis hospital is constructed. The Bryan-Roach Administration is investing in the Territory’s people, infrastructure and future through transparency, stabilizing the economy, restoring trust in the government and ensuring that recovery projects are completed as quickly as possible.
