53953 Federal Register / Vol. 60, No. 201 / Wednesday, October 18, 1995 / Notices [Declaration of Disaster Loan Area #2812] Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area (Amendment #1) The above numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective September 22, 1995 to close the incident period and effective September 24, 1995 to include the Municipalities of Aquas Buenas, Barranquitas, Canovanas, Carolina, Fajardo, Juncos, Loiza, Naquabo, Caiba, and Comerio in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as a disaster area due to damages caused by Hurricane Marilyn which occurred September 15 through September 17, 1995. In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small businesses located in the contiguous municipalities of Aibonito, Bayamon, Caguas, Cidra, Coamo, Corozal, Guaynabo, Gurabo, Humacao, Las Piedras, Luquillo, Naranjito, Orocovis, Rio Grande, San Lorenzo, San Juan, and Trujillo Alto in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico may be filed until the specified date at the previously designated location. …
