ACTNO, 7616 BILL NO. 30-0384 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act rezoning Parcel 405, Estate Hospital Ground, No. 9 New Quarter, St. Thomas —0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-6 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 405, Estate Hospital Ground, No. 9 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of .460 U.S. acres, as described on Map No. D9-4522-T88, dated October 15, 1988, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-2 (Business Secondary/Neighborhood).
