ACTNO, @¢i2 BILL NO. 30-0530 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act rezoning Plot No. 90 Estate La Grande Princess, Company Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to A-2 (Agricultural Zone) —-0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 90 Estate La Grande Princess, Company Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 5.37 U.S. acres, as more fully described on O.L.G. Drawing No.5762 dated July 21, 2006, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to A-2 (Agricultural Zone). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 19, 2014.
