This document, dated 19 May 1992, was prepared by the CDM Federal Programs Corporation located in New York City. The current version incorporates all previous ESAT comments of 06 May 1992, however the section on solid waste sampling should be revised. It must be specified in Section 11.C.I (Solid Waste Sampling) that the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) will be analyzed by the CLP high concentration method. Since the solid waste samples for VOCs are being analyzed by this high concentration method, the field blank for this matrix is not required and should be deleted from Table 2. …
