ACTNU 8207 BILL NO. 33-0 154 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act ratifying the approval of the Governor of the Virgin Islands of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-lS-I8(L&W) ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-18-l8(L&W) to Gold Coast Yachts, Inc., on April 24. 2019. and the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the Permit on July 24, 2019; WI-I EREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX- 18-1 8(L&W) permits the construction of a boat building facility at Plot No. 211 Estate Golden Rock, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, to include the construction of seven buildings, 43 gravel parking spaces, two settling ponds, a graveled access-way to the launch ramp, and a docking facility; WHEREAS. Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-lS-18(L&W) also authorizes a 240 square foot easement over Plot No. 247 Reclaimed Submerged Land Estate Golden Rock, Christiansted. St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. …
