The Commission and Agenda participants will be conducting the meeting via Zoom Video Conferencing for parties listed on the agenda beginning at 10:00 a.m. The public is invited to observe the meeting live on Facebook, facebook.com’vipsc1965/live’, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Due to the logistics of videoconferencing, there may be brief delays between agenda items to permit reorganization of the participants.
