Yet in Addendum #1 Question 1 States that a valid VI general contractor license would be required and since the proposal include, "installation" that sounds appropriate but Addendum #2 item 4 does not sound correct, since I contacted DCLA and inquired if reciprocity on contractors license from outside the territory was recognized, and was told that NO, in order to do business in the territory you must have VI License. …
