GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE: Docket No. 702 THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WATER AND POWER Order No. 9/2025 AUTHORITY’S LEVELIZED ENERGY ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE Nee Nepean” See” DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT ORDER EEE A ADS ESSMENT ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Thursday, November 7, 2024, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority: Docket Description Amount No. 702 WAPA Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause $12,042.10 Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
