Upon officers’ arrival, they made contact with a female, who stated that she was running for cover when the shots began and was inadvertently struck by an unknown vehicle that was trying to drive out of the parking lot. She sustained minor injuries as a result of being struck. While at the scene, officers were notified that a male was present at Juan F. Luis Hospital with gunshot wounds to his body. …

Upon officers’ arrival, they made contact with a female, who stated that she was running for cover when the shots began and was inadvertently struck by an unknown vehicle that was trying to drive out of the parking lot. She sustained minor injuries as a result of being struck. While at the scene, officers were notified that a male was present at Juan F. Luis Hospital with gunshot wounds to his body. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds, however, is in stable condition and receiving further care. This case is under investigation.
