ACTNO. 8603 BILL NO. 34-0273 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act approving the Lease Agreement between the Government of the \‘irgin IsLands, acting through the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement and 41 Sub Base, LLC., for the leasing of Parcel No. 41 Sub Base, Southside Quarter. St. Thomas, Virgin Islands ---0--- WHEREAS, on March 22. 2022. the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Department of Property and Procurement and 41 Sub Base. LLC; and WHEREAS, 41 Sub Base, LLC is leasing Parcel 41 Sub Base, Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 49,161 sq. ft., and 25, 962 sq. ft. or 1.13 U.S. acres of land, as shown on O.L.G.
