ACTNO, 7991 BILL NO. 32-0088 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act to provide for the reprogramming of funds appropriated from the Community Facilities Trust Account authorized under Act No. 7012 for certain capital projects through the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation ---0--- WHEREAS, in Act No. 7453, section 10 the Legislature of the Virgin Islands appropriated $250,000.00 from the Community Facilities Trust Account to fund the Emancipation Garden Park Improvement Project; and WHEREAS, the Emancipation Garden Park Improvements Project has been completed leaving a balance of $75,122.46; and WHEREAS, the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation seeks to reprogram the balance of those funds in order to complete certain ballpark projects; and WHEREAS, the Govemor of the Virgin Islands has agreed to the authorization of such reprogramming; Now, therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
