FLOOR BILL NO. 35-0022 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands February 15, 2023 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 2-137 Estate Sion Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to allow for a beauty salon PROPOSED BY: Senators Novelle E. Francis, Jr. and Angel L. Bolques, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 2 use variance from the R-2 (Residential–Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation 3 is granted for Plot No. 2-137 Estate Sion Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, 4 consisting of approximately 0.27 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. A9-74-C012, to allow 5 for a beauty salon.
