ACTNO, 6669 BILL NO. 25-0193 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning use variance for Plot No. 6 Estate Petronella, East End “A” Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, for the purpose of allowing for the operation of a restaurant ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions ‘of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted to Plot No. 6, Estate Petronella, East End “A” Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, (Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-14 for the island of St. Croix) consisting of approximately 1.374 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Office of the Lieutenant Governor Drawing No. 5507, dated December 03, 2003, for the purpose of allowing for the operation of a restaurant. All other requirements of the A-1 (Agriculture) zoning designation, the Coastal Zone Management Act, and all other requirements of law shall continue to apply. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 26, 2004. …
