ACTNO. 8521 BILL NO. 34-0161 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to rezone Plot No. 48-A Estate La Vallee, Northside Quarter “B”, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-2 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 48-A, Estate La Vallee, Northside Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.6992 U.S. acres as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. 917, dated April 19, 1960, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) not to exceed four dwelling units and a garage.
