Act No. 6281 (BILL NO. 23-0080) (Approved June 28, 1999) To ratify the contract for waiver of marine fees and forbearance of fees in lieu of taxes between the Government of the Virgin Islands and the Virgin Islands Port Authority Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the Legislature hereby ratifies the agreement entitled "CONTRACT FOR WAIVER OF MARINE FEES AND FORBEARANCE OF FEES IN LIEU OF TAXES", between the Government of the Virgin Islands and the Virgin Islands Port Authority, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
