GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION IN RE: ) Docket No. 634 ) Order No. 54/2014 APPLICATION OF VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE ) MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FOR SPECIAL ) WASTE FEES ) ) AMENDED ORDER WHEREAS, on August 4, 2014, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority’s (hereinafter “Authority” or “WMA”) submitted an Application for Special Waste Fees to the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“hereinafter “PSC” or “Commission”); and WHEREAS, WMA’s Application requests that the Commission approve the proposed Special Waste Fees as requested in the Application and provide such other and further relief that is fair, just and equitable; and WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the Commission held a Special Meeting in both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix; and WHEREAS, WMA and the Commission’s staff provided testimony before the Commission; and WHEREAS, on upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to appoint Attorney Dolace N. …
