Henry was placed under arrest after he was located in the area of Oswald Harris Housing Community. The victim stated that while at Sapphire Beach Bar he tried to diffuse an argument between his stepson and wife. The victim stated that Mr. Henry knocked him to the ground and began punching him numerous times in the face and about his body, resulting in multiple injuries. Mr. Henry was transported to Richard Callwood Command where he was read his Constitutional Warning as to Rights and then placed under arrest with no bail as per the Domestic Violence Law. …

Caelin Henry, age 24, was charged with Assault in the First Degree (DV), Mayhem, False Imprisonment (DV), Assault in the Third Degree (DV), Aggravated Assault and Battery (DV), Robbery Third (DV), Grand Larceny (DV), Simple Assault (DV), Disturbance of the Peace (DV). He was then turned over to the Bureau of Corrections where he awaits his Advice of Rights Hearing scheduled for Friday, April 21, 2023. This case is presently under investigation by the Domestic Violence Bureau/CIB.
