in 7286 BILL NO. 29-0173 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act appropriating funds from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012 to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, created pursuant to (Public Law 98 P.L. 67; 97 Stat. 369 to the General Fund in fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012.
