Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning District Map No. SJZ-3 for the Island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 8-4-1-B, Estate Carolina, No. 1 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.5 U.S. acres, as depicted on P.W.D. Drawing No. D9- 5717-T94, from A-2 (Agricultural Zone) to B-3(Business-Scattered). SECTION 2.
