JUDGMENT GÓMEZ, J. On June 2, 2016, a status conference was held in the above captioned matter. At that conference, the parties advised the Court that they had entered a settlement agreement resolving all claims. Pursuant to that agreement the parties executed mutual releases of any and all claims arising out of this matter and requested that all claims be dismissed with prejudice. The premises considered, it is hereby ORDERED that all pending motions in this case are MOOT; it is further ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall CLOSE this case.
