On eR aRR RENE OE ROSE A ARI COREE SRNL A RN BILL NO. 28-0171 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act rezoning Plot No. 1 Estate Grange Hill, Company Quarter, St. Croix from R-1 (Residential—Low Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted, by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 1 Estate Grange Hill for the island of St. Croix, consisting of approximately 3.277 U.S. acres as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 1020, dated February 14, 1961 from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 28, 2009. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Day of November, A.D., 2009.
