ACT NO. 6209 BILL NO. 26-0177 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To grant a zoning variance for Parcel No. 171 Estate Altona & Welgunst, Kronprindsens Quarter, St. Thomas to allow for the conducting of church services, office use and youth services. ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning variance from the Commercial District is granted for Parcel No. 171 Estate Altona & Welgunst, Kronprindsens Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of .650 U.S. acres, as shown on Public Works Drawing No. D9-6393-T98, to allow for the conducting of church services, office use and youth activities. All other requirements of the Commercial District continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 10, 2005.
