Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20, St. Croix to rezone Parcel Nos. 11-F and I l-G Estate Penitentiary Land, Company Quarter, St. Croix from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to P (PubLic) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton S. Potter, by Request of the Governor 1 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 3 Zoning Map No. SCZ-20 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 4 designation of Plot No. 11-F Estate Penitentiary Land, Company Quarter, St. Croix, consisting 5 of 0.68 U.S. acres, as shown on survey drawing A9-132-C018 from R-3 (Residential-Medium 6 Density) to P (Public) and Plot No. 11 -G Estate Penitentiary Land, Company Quarter, St. Croix, 7 consisting of 2.603 U.S. acres, as shown on survey drawing D9-6925-C025 from R-3 8 (Residential-Medium Density) to P (Public). 9 BILL SUMMARY 10 This bill provides for the rezoning of Parcel Nos. 11-F and Il-GEstate Penitentiary Land, 11 Company Quarter, St. …
