Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, Chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the designation Parcel No. 32 Remainder Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.290 acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-7052- T002, dated April 25, 2002, from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
