CZT-3-12 (L&W) was issued in July 2015 and the USACE permit was issued in 2017. We are expecting to receive the renewed USACE permit either later this month or early January 2025 (timing may be affected by the federal government potential shutdown). The project is expected to resume in early 2025. Phase 1A of the project and the mitigation activities for the project have been completed. …

CZT-3-12 (L&W) was issued in July 2015 and the USACE permit was issued in 2017. We are expecting to receive the renewed USACE permit either later this month or early January 2025 (timing may be affected by the federal government potential shutdown). The project is expected to resume in early 2025. Phase 1A of the project and the mitigation activities for the project have been completed. Phase 1A of the project was completed in July of 2021 and we have submitted copies of the 5 year and final monitoring reports for both the seagrass transplant and coral transplants. The compensatory mitigation monitoring at Triangle Reef was completed in May 2024. There are no changes related to the project design or construction. The Environmental Assessment and Biological Opinion were both updated due to the new species listing and we are forwarding those documents to you herewith. The Phase 2 proposed schedule is as follows: June 2023 - Submission of 90% Bid documents March 2023 - Submission of 100% Bid documents (Schedule Split) August 2024 - Submission of Final bid documents September 2024 - Certification of Bid documents Fall 2024 - Bid Solicitation December 2024 - Award Contract January 2025 - Construction Notice to Proceed January 2027 - Construction complete Please let us know if you need any additional information.
