ACT NO. 6954 BILL NO. 27-0097 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act appropriating the sum of $2,000,000 from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund as a contribution to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund —0-—- SECTION 1. Pursuant to 33 V.LC., chapter 111, section 3087 the sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, for the purpose of Capital Improvement Projects on the island of St. Croix. The sum remains available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2007.
