Act No. 6302 (BILL NO. 23-0119) (Approved December 1, 1999) To provide appropriations from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds available in Special Internal Revenue Matching Fund, created by Subsection 28(b), of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 26 USC section 3350, for the fiscal year October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 and shall remain available until expended for the purposes hereafter expressly named. …
